Finder has been developed to assist small businesses locate
those Council codes, policies and application forms that may be
necessary when starting a small business, lodging a development
application or lodging a complying development application.

have also been included throughout this Guide. These links aim to
provide small business owners with access to additional material
and planning legislation.

Opening a new small business or making changes to an existing business
can be an exciting time. Depending on the location of the building
and the nature of the proposed changes, Council approval may be
a necessary step in the process.
To make this process as easy as possible Lane Cove Council has developed
