Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987 Draft Amendment 66 - 83 & 85 Kenneth Street Longueville
At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 4 August 2008, Council resolved to proceedto gazettal with DLEP 66 permitting suspension of covenants over 83 & 85 Kenneth Street, Longueville.
The covenant for 83-85 Kenneth Street currently restricts development to only one dwelling between the two lots, and dates back to a time when the site was one lot (Lot 17 DP 29396). Its suspension would allow development of a dwelling on each lot.
Council will now submit the Draft LEP to the Department of Planning for gazettal.
St Leonards Strategy
This is a Strategy for the future of St Leonards. It was commissioned by Lane Cove, North Sydney and Willoughby Councils and the Department of Planning. The recommendations contained within this draft have been adopted by the three Councils. This follows feedback on a draft Strategy exhibited in April and May 2006.
The recommendations of the Strategy will be implemented by the three Councils and Department of Planning, as appropriate. The timing of its implementation will be subject to normal budgetary processes.
