Lane Cove Local Environmental Plan 1987 Draft Amendment 66 - 83 & 85 Kenneth Street Longueville At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 4 August 2008, Council resolved to proceed to gazettal with DLEP 66 permitting suspension of covenants over 83 & 85 Kenneth Street, Longueville.  The covenant for 83-85 Kenneth Street currently restricts development to only one dwelling between the two lots, and dates back to a time when the site was one lot (Lot 17 DP 29396). Its suspension would allow development of a dwelling on each lot. Council will now submit the Draft LEP to the Department of Planning for gazettal.
