Council's newest venue, the Terrace Function Room is located within the Lane Cove Community Hub at 1 Pottery Lane, Lane Cove on the Lower Ground Floor.
This venue is a flexible meeting space available for hire on a regular or casual basis. The carpeted venue space is approximately 189m2 with a seating capacity of 189 occupants. There is a retractable stage, 150 chairs and 22 trestle tables available onsite with access to an external terrace.
If needed, there is an in-house AV (Audio Visual) system available for use. If you require the AV system, please contact Council's Facilities Officer to arrange an appointment during business hours for training and testing your equipment.
There are approximately 200 car spaces in the Council Car Park available at this location for hirers and visitors (entry via Little Street, 3 hours free parking).
The Terrace Function Room is available for hire 7 days a week, from 7.00am - midnight, Monday to Sunday. No music after 10pm.
The following maximum occupancy level applies to the Terrace:
6pm-10pm, 70 people
10pm- midnight 36 people
