Terrace Function Room

 

Council's newest venue, the Terrace Function Room is located within the Lane Cove Community Hub at 1 Pottery Lane, Lane Cove on the Lower Ground Floor.                     

This venue is a flexible meeting space available for hire on a regular or casual basis. The carpeted venue space is approximately 189m2 with a seating capacity of 189 occupants.  There is a retractable stage, 150 chairs and 22 trestle tables available onsite with access to an external terrace.  For an additional charge you may also hire a well equipped in-house AV (Audio Visual) system.

There are approximately 200 car spaces in the Council Car Park available at this location for hirers and visitors (entry via Little Street, 3 hours free parking).

The Terrace Function Room is available for hire 7 days a week, from 7.00am - midnight, Monday to Sunday. No music after 10pm.

The following maximum occupancy level applies to the Terrace:

6pm-10pm,                 70 people       

10pm- midnight           36 people
