Receive your Lane Cove rate notices online
Rate notices can be delivered electronically! We are encouraging residents to make the switch to receive your rates notice direct to your email inbox, through the software, Payreq. There are two online registration options to choose from so you can select the most convenient method for you.
Register to receive electronic notices direct to your email address by completing an online form. It's easy to register; you'll just need to have your rates notice nearby when signing up.
Create an Account
You also have the option to create a MyBills Account via Payreq to receive and manage your bills from multiple billers. You can decide which bills from a list of authorised billers you want to receive and Payreq MyBills will automatically let your biller know. You can see who the bills are from, when they're due, the amount due and how they can be paid. If you need help, please go to the MyBills email getting started section of the Payreq website.
You can also receive, pay and store your rate notices in your online banking.
