Lane Cove’s Independent Hearing and Assessment Panel (LC IHAP) is
a panel of appropriately qualified people independent of Council charged with
determining a range of development applications on behalf of Council.
The LC IHAP will typically deal with approximately 12-20 of
Council’s development applications per annum from a total of around 400. 95-97%
of development applications will still be dealt with by staff under delegated

Plans which have been adopted by the elected Council.

month, commencing with an onsite inspections from 3pm. The public panel meeting
