Over the coming weeks, a company will be calling a selection of residents at random on behalf of Council to take part in our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Starting on Monday 2 August, calls will be made from 9:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 10:00am – 5:00pm. Residents will be able to provide their valued feedback to Council to help us improve the services we provide.

If you do receive a phone call, the survey will take approximately 10 minutes. The number the company is using is 02 4058 4609 (this is an outbound number and can't accept inbound calls).
