National Relay Service
(NRS)
The National Relay Service is a telephone service for hearing impaired and deaf people.
Callers who are deaf or have a hearing impairment or speech impairment may call Council through the NRS using modem or text phone by dialling 133 677 then quoting Customer Service number 9911 3555.

Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS)
Council can communicate via the national free interpreter service in various languages eg. Cantonese, Manadarin, Italian, Greek, Armenian. Phone the interpreter service on 131 450 and ask to be connected to Council, on 9911 3555. |
