During this year, Council will be consulting with the Lane Cove
community to develop a long-term Community Strategic Plan.
The Community Strategic Plan will describe what YOU want
Lane Cove to be like in the next 10-15 years and will cover ‘big picture’ issues such as health, the environment, transport,
recreation and infrastructure to name a few.
Many of the things we enjoy about living in Lane Cove were
only possible through planning. This consultation process
will open the way for Council and the community to have
important discussions about funding priorities, service levels
and preserving local identity and to plan in partnership for a
more sustainable future.
Numerous workshops will be held to engage
with the community and capture your ideas for the future of
Lane Cove as well as interactive online forums and telephone ‘Listening Line' on (02) 9911 3538.
