Council adopted its Draft Delivery Program and Operational Plan 2012-2013, Draft Budget 2012-2015, and Draft Fees and Charges 2012-2013 and 2012 Update on the Long Term Financial Plan for the purpose of public exhibition on 16 April 2012.
The Delivery Program and Operational Plan comprehensively outlines Council's program with particular emphasis on its initiatives for the 12 months to 30 June 2013.
The plan utilises a Quadruple Bottom Line Framework (Environment, Social, Economic and Governance). This was introduced in recognition of the need for our community, and the way Council conducts its business, to be more sustainable
Council this year continues the implementation of Council’s Sustainability Levy, the projects funded under the levy are included in the Sustainability section of this website.
Additionally Council has been successful with its application to IPART for a permanent Special Rate Variation (Infrastructure Levy). You can read more about the levy here.
