Your Council » Meeting Information   Agendas Council and Committee Meeting Times Council Agendas are prepared and distributed on the Thursday prior to the meetings. The Agendas can be viewed online, at the Lane Cove Library or the Customer Service Counter at the Lane Cove Civic Centre.  Ordinary Council The next Council Meeting will be held on Monday 5 March 2012.  There will be no meeting of the Services and Resources Committee or Planning and Building Committee.  Any Development Applications that would have been considered by the Planning and Building Committee will continue to be referred to Council's Inspection Committee before being referred to the Council Meeting for determination. All meeting dates are confirmed at the council meetings held in the preceding month.  Additionally a 'Proposed Council and Committees Meeting Schedule' which provides a guide to the years meetings is currently being developed and will be available soon. Council meetings commence at 6.30pm. However, if members of the public are not interested in any business recommended by the General Manager to be considered in Closed Session or there is no such business, Council will ordinarily commence consideration of all other business at 7pm. Venue Meetings open to the public are held in the Lane Cove Council Chambers, located on the lower ground floor of the Lane Cove Civic Centre at 48 Longueville Rd Lane Cove.
