Participation
Members of
the public can address Council on any matter for a maximum of three minute.
The addresses
usually commence at 7pm. When addressing the meeting you must speak
to the Chairperson, normally the Mayor. Councillors will generally
not enter into debate with, or ask questions of speakers.
Please note the Council Meeting is recordered for the purposes of assisting with the accuracy of Council Meeting Minutes.
Meeting Procedure
Council's meetings
are governed
by a Code of Meeting Practice, which outlines rules for submission
of business items, attendance, debate and declaration of interest.
