Council is calling for Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to appoint to Council's panel of preapproved suppliers. Contractors will be engaged to carry out the following categories of Works/Services, as required, for a period of up to five (5) years:
Council is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of reserves, parks and nature strips throughout the Local Government Area including regular scheduled grass cutting and associated works.

- Property Clean Up Maintenance
Council is, on occasion, required to undertake maintenance works on private properties that have become overgrown with weeds and grasses, including noxious weeds. These works include the cutting of grass and weeds and removal from the premises to a waste facility. Additional waste, including dead vegetation and tree cuttings, may also require removal to a waste facility.

Council is looking to appoint a company to undertake its 2018
installation and deinstallation of these Christmas decorations, including the
tree, in the Plaza. Upon successful installation Council reserves the right to
retain the same supplier in 2019.

Design, Construct, Management and Operation of the Lane Cove Recreation Precinct
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations who wish to be involved in the development of a new Recreation Precinct at 180 River Road, Northwood NSW currently comprising the Lane Cove Golf Course and tennis centre.
It provides the prospective operator with an opportunity to bring the facility into a new era with a significant increase in membership and overall usage for a term of up to 21 years.
The Recreation Precinct will operate and maintain a Golf Course and provide a variety of other recreation, dining, function space, health, fitness and leisure program opportunities. Council will consider options where organisations contribute capital or seek Council to contribute capital, or a combination of both to deliver the facility. Organisations can seek to participate in all or particular offerings to be provided in the facility, e.g. food and beverage only.
This Request for EOI is the first stage in a selective tender in accordance with the Local Government Act (NSW) 1993.
