The NSW Government is introducing new State pro-Developer Laws that are tipping the balance away from local communities towards developers.

The laws will drastically reduce funding for services like libraries, parks and playgrounds. The laws will take away your right to have a say in local developments that affect you. Private companies would be able to approve more residential developments. These companies will not need to notify you and your avenues to object will be lost.

To find out more you can read Council's submission to the Minister or visit http://www.keepitlocal.org.au or http://www.handsoffcouncils.org.
