There are a number of parking spaces allocated to disability parking. Here are maps showing the designated spaces available.

It is important to note that only those with a valid parking permit issued by the Roads and Maritime Services can be used in these spaces. There are very strict criteria applied to the use of these permits. You are only eligible to use the permit when the permit holder is present in the car. For example, shopping for the permit holder without them present does not permit you to park in a Disabled space.

People parking illegally will be subject to hefty fines. Council Rangers police the spaces on a regular basis - should you notice these spaces being used illegally you may wish to contact Council on 9911 3555.
