Domestic and Family Violence during the COVID-19 Pandemic for Koreans

Korean community members are invited to attend an information session to learn about how to stay safe from harm during the COVID-19pandemic.

This 2-hour session will provide an opportunity to hear directly from Korean-speaking experts about how to access domestic violence support services for yourself or someone you know.

Topics such as a safety plan, housing, financial assistance, and legal advice are covered in this session.

This webinar will be conducted in Korean.

Laughter for Mental Wealth (Online Workshop)

Positive Life Talk

Natasha is a transgender woman who has lived with HIV since 2008. Her career includes 14 years as a High School Teacher and an extended period working in Europe and Asia. Confident and articulate, Natasha writes on HIV and transgender issues and is visibly active in the community.

Rock Painting Workshop

Are You Ready For An Emergency?

Extreme weather events and the COVID-19 pandemic have been challenging for our communities. The experiences over the last 18 months have confirmed that being prepared to deal with and getting ready for emergencies is more important than ever. We need to strengthen our ability to survive, adapt and thrive no matter what comes our way.

Australian Red Cross, Lane Cove Council, City of Ryde and Willoughby City Council have come together to offer a free online workshop to support our residents to become more resilient in emergencies.
