Nichols Reserve
Nichols Reserve is a small, fully fenced play unit with swing area. The park has a bubbler and picnic setting.
Isaac Nichols (1770 – 1819) was granted land in this vicinity in 1810 which he leased for timber-getting, farming and grazing. He arrived as a convict in 1791 and later was appointed Superintendent of Public Works, Postmaster and Principal Superintendent of Convicts.
