Turrumburra Park features a fully fenced dog park, which opened in 2020, and is home to a historical steamroller.
This Council-owned steam roller was installed in 1961 when it became obsolete equipment. Councillors recommended the unserviceable Jelbart Roller be made safe, painted and placed in this park for the public to enjoy.
Jelbart Brothers of Ballarat were one of the most prominent Australian engine builders from 1910 to 1940, playing a leading role in the introduction of the internal combustion engine, which revolutionised Australian farming, road and road construction during the first half of the 20th century.
Turrumburra Park is a popular spot for families and dog owners.
