Manns Point is 
accessed from Prospect Street while the lower level of the park is off O'Connell Street, Greenwich.
This is a grassed waterfront reserve overlooking Parramatta River with panoramic views to city. There is a walking trail from the upper to lower level.

Picnic facilities
Parking (on-street in Prospect Street and also on the lower level of the park, adjacent to Greenwich Sailing Club)
Toilet (near the Sailing Club including an accessible toilet)
The lower level park is also the base for Greenwich Sailing Club. The park is an off-leash dog exercise area away from the picnic area.
This park and the surrounding streets are declared Alcohol Free Zones on New Year’s Eve, from 6pm on 31 December to 9am on 1 January.
