Background
The NSW Rural Fire Service, Fire and Rescue NSW and the Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, Parramatta, Ryde, Bushfire Management Committee are seeking your comments on the latest revision of the Bushfire Risk Management Plan.
A Bushfire Risk Management Plan is a strategic document that identifies assets at risk from bushfires and provides treatment strategies to reduce the risk over a 5-year period.
The consultation is designed to seek feedback from the community on the Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, Parramatta, Ryde Bushfire Risk Management Plan. Any comments received will be reviewed and evaluated to determine whether any revisions are required to the plan prior to adoption.
The community consultation will run for a period of 8 weeks from 23 May – 18 July 2023 inclusive.
