Council is exhibiting a Planning Proposal which we have received for a new commercial office building at 46-52 Nicholson Street and 59-67 Christie Street, St Leonards.
The proposed Local Environmental Plan amendments for the site seek to increase the building height to RL 175.2 metres and the floor space ratio to 15:1. This would potentially allow for a future commercial office building of 26 storeys.
This consultation is in accordance with the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 & Regulation 2000 and the associated Gateway Determination. The Planning Minister has delegated authority of his proposal to Council as the local plan-making authority.
