The exhibition period for community submissions on this Draft VPA was 2 August 2021 to 14 September 2021.
Overview
Council is consulting with the community on a Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) in relation to the provision of Local Infrastructure within a part of the St Leonards South Precinct.
The Draft VPA is associated with a Development Application (DA99/2021) for five (5) residential flat buildings (ranging from 6 to 10 storeys) comprising a total of 319 apartments, 10 terraces and basement parking for 372 Vehicles, at 21-41 Canberra Avenue and 18-32 Holdsworth Avenue, St Leonards (also known as Area 7 to 11).
The Draft VPA is a mechanism for the delivery of the public benefits described in the Draft Lane Cove Council St Leonards South Contributions Plan as apportioned to the subject site, through a combination of Monetary Contributions and Works in Kind.
