Council is consulting with the community on a Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) in relation to the provision of Local Infrastructure within a part of the St Leonards South Precinct.
The Draft VPA is associated with a Development Application (DA60/2022) for 5 residential flat building(s) comprising a total of 245 apartments and 4 levels of basement parking.
The Draft VPA is a mechanism for the delivery of the public benefits described in the Draft Lane Cove Council St Leonards South Contributions Plan as apportioned to the subject site through Monetary Contributions.
7 September 2022 to 5 October 2022: Exhibition period for community submissions on Draft VPA
October 2022: Evaluation of submissions received during exhibition period. Amendments incorporated into the Draft VPA as required.
November 2022: Results of community consultation presented to Council for further consideration.
