Reconnect - Seniors Community Social Wellness Program

Reconnect is a four-week social connection program available to seniors looking to re-engage with our community and other like-minded folk.

Come and join us for this free 4-week program that covers topics such as health, wellness and educational information in partnership with local service providers. Sessions could include:

Physical activity
Art programs
Board games
General information such as, road safety, library services, multicultural services, carer gateway, Council bushlands

Morning tea and chat

Topics will be different each week and tap into what is available in the local Lane Cove area. There will be a weekly activity followed by free morning tea and chance to chat before an information session is delivered by a local expert.
