Our new office hours

From Monday 3 July 2023, our opening hours will change to 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday – Friday, with our usual closure on public holidays.

Our customer service counter at the Civic Centre will now open at 9:00am to allow our customer service team focused time for training and to respond to online and email enquiries.

We've also restructured our customer service team and we're recruiting new customer service staff to keep up with our community's evolving needs.

Support remains available over the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 9911 3555.
