Should you wish to speak at the public forum (in-person or virtual) please register by using the online form no later than midnight, on the day prior to the meeting. A Zoom meeting link will be emailed to the provided email address for those who choose to attend virtually.
A time limit of three (3) minutes per person applies during the public forum segment.
Members of the public can also submit a written submissions via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Written submissions are to be received by Council no later than midnight, on the day prior to the meeting. (500 words maximum).
