Join us on Wednesday 4th for a screening of 2040 by award-winning film director, Damon Gameau (That Sugar Film), which explores what the future could look like by the year 2040 if we simply embraced the best climate solutions already available to us. Structured as a visual letter to his 4-year-old daughter, Damon blends traditional documentary with dramatised sequences and high-end visual effects to create a vision board of how these solutions could regenerate the world for future generations. This film is being presented by Lane Cove Council as part of our World Environment Week activities to celebrate World Environment Day on June 5th. For information on other activities being run as part of this program please see here.
