Stand-alone houses can use their maroon lid food waste bin every week on their normal bin day. All other waste services remain the same. Visit lanecove.nsw.gov.au/foodwaste for details.

Council provides four free clean-up collections for each household annually. Wait times can apply, so book in advance.
Please note that items disposed of via this service have a low recycling / recovery rate. So please consider selling or giving away unwanted items on Gumtree or eBay, at The Bower Reuse and Repair Centre, donating to a local charity, or seeking out dedicated recycling services for different material types.
If you have recently moved properties and the previous owners/occupants have exhausted the four (4) bookings for the calendar year, please contact Council at service@lanecove.nsw.gov.au
