The following registers are available for public inspection:
Planning Decision Register
Council is required under s 375A of the Local Government Act 1993 to keep a register of the voting of Councillors for each planning decision made at a meeting of the council or a council committee.
Developer Contributions Register
Under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, Councils must keep a contributions register publicly available.
Planning Agreements Register
Under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, Councils must keep a planning agreements register, where one has been entered into.
Development Standard Variations Register
This is a public register of applications which have been determined with variations to a development standard. Reports are made annually from 2017 to 2021 and will be made available quarterly thereafter.
