Council has introduced a new way of obtaining certificates for conveyancing that provides instant access to s603 Rating Certificates and next business day delivery of s10.7 (formerly known as s149) Planning Certificates. You can also order Outstanding Notices & Orders Certificates which are normally produced within 5 working days.

• Section 10.7 Pts 2 & 5 Planning Certificate - $178.00 with Urgency fee of $60.00
• Section 603 Rates Certificate - $100.00 with Urgency fee of $103.50
• Outstanding Notices - Section 735A Local Government Act 1993 - $149.00
• Outstanding Notices & Orders - Section S9.34 Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 - $149.00
• Outstanding Notices Combined - Section 735A and S9.34 - $219.50

• Outstanding Notices Combined - Section 735A and S9.34 with Urgency fee of $40.00
