Receive your Rate Notice Online

Please fill out the form in the link below to receive rate notice by email:

If you select this option, you will only receive your Rates Notice as an Adobe PDF to your nominated email address. You will no longer receive a physical copy by regular post.

Enter your BPAY reference Number, which is your Assessment Number, and the name that APPEARS ON THE BILL in the rates notice. For example, “A B Smith and R M Wong”.

This does not register you for a PayReq account you will only receive the rates notice as a PDF through you nominated email address.

With this option you will receive a notification by email that your rates notice has been delivered to your PayReq account. This is where you can view your rates notice. You can also view other rates notices from the date that you have registered for PayReq account.

Also, you can make scheduled autopayments with the option to pay on the day that you receive the rates notice or to pay on the due date of the rates notice only.

This option allows you to manage your bills through the online bank account you use for payments and your bank then sends you a reminder about your rates by email, SMS or through its own messaging system. To register for BPAY View®, contact your financial institution. Lane Cove Council’s BPay Biller Code is 57737.

To retrieve a copy of the rates notice you will need to contact your bank and they will provide a copy of the rates notice to you. To cancel BPAY View delivery method please write an email to Lane Cove Council at service@lanecove.nsw.gov.au.
