Plans and Publications

Council has a number of short and long-term plans detailing the priorities for the Lane Cove community. Council reviews its annual Delivery and Operational Plan to ensure it reflects the longer term Community Strategic Plan.

In addition, Council maintains a set of key, medium-term strategic plans, each dealing with a specific subject area.

Age-Friendly Lane Cove Plan

Council's second Strategy for an Age-Friendly Lane Cove was adopted by Council following amendments made in the Public Exhibition period.

Bicycle Plan

The Lane Cove Bicycle Plan supports physical activity, active living and active ageing as promoted in Council’s Social Plan and other council policy, strategy and planning instruments.

Climate Resilience Plan

Council’s Climate Resilience Plan is a document that provides a framework of goals, targets and actions to mitigate, adapt and thrive from local shocks and stresses in response to the changing climate.

Create Lane Cove: Cultural Plan

The Create Lane Cove: Cultural Plan was adopted by Council in February 2016. This 10 year plan sets the direction for arts, culture and cultural diversity in Lane Cove for the next decade.

Customer Experience Strategy

Council adopted the Customer Experience Strategy at its meeting on 18 November 2019.

Delivery Program and Operational Plan

Budget, fees and charges, projects and activities in the four-year delivery program and annual operational plan

Disability Inclusion Action Plan

Council's Disability Inclusion Action Plan strengthens the community's accessibility framework and outlines work underway to improve outcomes for people with disability.

Open Space Plan

The Open Space Plan 2016-2026 sets out the guiding principles for a number of key themes to reinforce the main direction for the planning and management of Lane Cove’s Open Spaces.

Pedestrian Access and Mobility Plan

The PAMP is a comprehensive strategic action plan which allows Council to prioritise its improvements to the pedestrian network.

Privacy Management Plan

Council collects, stores and uses a broad range of information and a significant part of that information is personal information. This Plan explains how we handle the personal and health information about individuals.

Reconciliation Action Plan

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of this land and strives to support our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents.

State of the Environment Report

The State of the Environment Report (SoER) is a comprehensive report on all major environmental impacts and related activities in the Lane Cove LGA.

St Leonards Public Domain Master Plan

The St Leonards Public Domain Master Plan was developed in order to provide a clear, strategic framework for the provision of major public domain spaces in St Leonards.

Sustainability Action Plan

Council's Sustainability Action Plan is a document that provides a framework of goals and actions that can improve sustainability outcomes in our community.
