Traffic Committee

This technical committee consists of agency representatives such as Transport for NSW, NSW Police and Sydney Buses, as well as a Councillor and a representative on behalf of the Local Member

Access and Inclusion Advisory Committee

This committee assists Council to increase and promote awareness of access and inclusion for all people

Age Friendly Advisory Committee

This committee promotes awareness and advises Council on age-related issues

Bicycle Advisory Committee

This Committee meets to consider the provision of bicycle facilities in Lane Cove

Bushland Management Advisory Committee

This Committee provides advice to the General Manager on bushland management within Lane Cove

Carisbrook Advisory Committee

This committee assists Council with the administration of Carisbrook House.

Digital Transformation Reference Group

This committee supports the development of Council’s digital communications, in particular the development of Council’s new website

Dog Advisory Committee

This Committee provides advice to the General Manager on the use of open space for dogs within Lane Cove.

Kindy Cove Management Advisory Committee

Works in collaboration with a Management Advisory Committee of parents, staff, Council and community representatives.

Lane Cove Festival Advisory Committee

This committee advise and assists Council on the formulation, planning, development, promotion and implementation of a program of celebrations and activities within Lane Cove.

Lane Cove Public Art Advisory Committee

This committee provides Council with expert advice, critique, and comment on the ongoing development, guidance, and implementation of the Public Art Policy

Lane Cove Retirement Units Association Ltd Board

Lane Cove Retirement Units Association is managed by a Board (who are volunteers) elected by residents, together with two Directors nominated by Lane Cove Council

Recreation Precinct Liaison Advisory Committee

This committee assists Council in planning and developing a Recreation Precinct on the existing site of the Lane Cove Country Club and Tennis Facility at River Road, Lane Cove.

Sporting Club Advisory Committee

This Committee provides advice to the General Manager on sports within Lane Cove.

Sustainability Advisory Committee

This committee assists Council in the formulation, prioritisation and implementation of strategies and initiatives to achieve sustainability

Youth Advisory Group

This group assists Council in providing a voice to young people and to create opportunities for young people to participate, engage and be heard in their local community.

Audit Risk and Improvement Committee

ARIC provides independent assurance and assistance to Council on risk management, control, governance, and external accountability
