Community Connect Transport (CCT), part of Northern Sydney Community Transport Group, provides friendly, affordable and accessible door-to-door transport for eligible residents of Lane Cove and surrounding areas.

For residents aged 65 and over, we help you get out and about, whether that's attending medical appointments, visiting health professionals, shopping, enjoying social outings or participating in community activities.

For residents under 65 with eligible medical or transport support needs, we can also assist with transport to medical appointments, subject to eligibility.

Our caring, experienced drivers provide more than just a lift. They offer reassurance, a friendly face and practical assistance to help you travel safely and confidently.
