Community Gardens
Lane Cove has two vibrant community gardens where residents can come together to grow fresh produce, share gardening tips, and enjoy the outdoors.
Joining a community garden is a great way to meet like-minded locals, learn or share gardening skills, enjoy time outside, and contribute to a more sustainable community.
Read on to find out more about each garden and how to get involved! Our community gardens always need more support and new members.

Working bees: Monthly - first Sunday of the month
We are a small, inclusive, member-run, not-for-profit community garden that promotes organic domestic-scale food gardening and provide shared and private garden-beds for cultivation in a medium density housing area, with the aim of collaborative community education around growing and consuming seasonal produce as well as enjoying the health benefits of both the garden and community engagement.
Get involved! Visit us on a monthly working bee, send us an email or contact us through social media.
