241 solar panels, boasting a capacity of 99.6kW, have recently been installed on the roof of Council’s Civic Centre on Longueville Road. This upgrade marks a significant step towards our commitment to sustainable energy practices and reducing our environmental footprint.

With the completion of this project, the total installed solar capacity across Council-owned buildings now stands at an impressive 541.4kW. This achievement underscores our ongoing commitment to harnessing renewable energy sources and contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable future for our community.
