Lane Cove Council has received notification that the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure has approved the State Significant Development (SSD 71687208) for an affordable housing project in Lane Cove North.
This new affordable housing development supports access to diverse, inclusive housing options within Lane Cove North, aligning with Council’s Community Strategic Plan.

618 – 624 Mowbray Road West and 25-29 Mindarie Street, Lane Cove North.
What Has Been Approved
The approval covers the following works:

Construction of a 5-storey residential development, including:

86 affordable residential apartments

Semi-basement/above-ground parking for 42 vehicles, including 4 accessible spaces
