Youth Week

Youth Week is an annual event celebrating young people in NSW. Each year, Lane Cove Council works with young people from our region to create a Youth Week event. Events are run by young people for young people, providing you with an opportunity to showcase your talents, share ideas, contribute to the community, and most importantly, have fun.

This year, our Youth Week program includes:

  • Youth Week Battle of the Bands Competition (at The Canopy)
  • Youth Week Art Celebration (at Synergy Youth Centre)
  • 1-minute Short Film Competition (hosted by Lane Cove Library)
  • ColourFlix (live bands, a colour run and a movie at St Leonards Park)

See "Youth Week Events 2024" for details about the Battle of the Bands Competition and Art Celebration. More details to come about the other events.
