Our new Food Waste Service is now underway.

Stand-alone houses can use their maroon lid food waste bin every week on their normal bin day. All other waste services remain the same.

Youth Week 2026

Lane Cove Council is proud to continue our tradition of putting young people in the driver’s seat for Youth Week celebrations. Each year, we partner directly with the amazing young minds in our community to create events that reflect their interests, passions and energy.

This year, the theme of Youth Week was 'Dream. Dare. Do' and the young people of Lane Cove worked with the Youth team to plan Game On: Dare To Play as the Lane Cove event.
