Join us on Sunday 2 November for Food and Wine by the River

Sip back and relax – Food & Wine by the River returns to Burns Bay Reserve, Riverview on Sunday 2 November 2025!

Lane Cove Council and the Mudgee Wine Region are once again bringing the best of regional NSW to Sydney’s lower north shore. With over 20 wineries and producers, delicious food stalls, live music, a new dog show, and plenty of riverside vibes, this year’s event is set to be bigger than ever

Road Closures

To facilitate this exciting annual event, temporary road closures will be in place from 11:00am until 5:00pm around Burns Bay Road on Sunday 2 November.

  • A limited shuttle bus has been arranged to alleviate the pressure on parking and our promotional material encourages people to use this service
  • Limited parking is available at St Ignatius’ College Riverview – Regis Campus with a separate shuttle bus operating down to the site and back up to the car park
  • To help with traffic flow, a one-way traffic system will be in place on Riverview Street (just past Regis Campus) to the junction with College Road South
  • A “No Parking Zone” will be in place on part of College Road South
  • A road closure will be in place at Kooyong Road. Access to the boat ramp is also closed with parking restrictions in place along both sides of Kooyong Road.
  • We encourage patrons who are able to walk to take buses and public transport wherever possible to the event
