Chasing the Rainbow

Chasing the rainbow is a devised theatre performance presented by Different Degrees, an ensemble of actors with and without disabilities supported by Lane Cove Council and Sydney Community Services. 

Inspired by Wicked and the world of Oz this devised musical is set in our very own land of AUS. It follows the journey of a group of friends searching for the other half of the pair of emerald thongs. A comic and light hearted look at social change and belonging, reflecting anything we can do is best done together. Part spoof on the Wizard of Oz, and using AUSlan inspired actions, this original performance reflects we all have a place in AUS.
