Currambena's Loch Ness Lantern at Greenwich Sailing Club

We've heard about the sightings around the neighbourhood of a mysterious but friendly creature peeking over the Currambena school gates, but get ready to see Nessie up close! (and closer if you have a kayak!)

Made by the students and teachers at Currambena School, this big scale art project and lantern will be floated onto the river - and everyone is invited to hang out, set up a picnic and admire Nessie and the special area in Lane Cove and Greenwich where the river meets the harbour.

Picnics and kayaking and cycling encouraged!

We'll provide some picnic rugs, some lights and some music.
