My Playhouse

My Playhouse is proudly owned by Vik and Loveleena—parents themselves—who understand firsthand the challenge of finding high-quality early childhood education and care. Their vision was to create a service that feels like a home away from home, where children are loved, nurtured, and truly valued for who they are. With extensive business experience and a passion for community, they are deeply committed to supporting not only children and families but also our incredible team of educators.

Our service is operated in collaboration with Inspired EC, led by co-founders Tash and Nicole, both of whom have more than 20 years of experience in the early childhood sector. As Approved Providers and consultants, they bring a wealth of knowledge and practical support that ensures the My Playhouse team is deeply grounded in best practice and reflective pedagogy.

Centre Director

I’m Josie, the Centre Director here at My Playhouse, Lane Cove. With over 13 years of experience in early childhood education both here in Sydney and up the North Coast, in Forster. I’m passionate about creating nurturing, enriching environments where every child can flourish. I believe strongly in following each child’s individual rhythm, offering them opportunities to engage, explore and connect at their own pace, surrounded by educators who care deeply and respond sensitively.
